This Privacy Policy explains how BATU YUNCULER ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information about you when you use the Earn Fire Diamonds mobile application (the "App") and the related services hosted at api.giftopia.debblabs.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information from Google Sign-In — your Google account email address, full name, and profile photo URL. We use these to create and authenticate your account.
• In-app activity — your coin balance, earning and spending history, Hourly Bonus claims, Daily Streak progress, Lucky Wheel spins, Watch & Win sessions, and reward request and fulfillment records. We use this to operate the rewards system and to prevent abuse.
• Reward request data — when you request a Fire Diamond code, we collect the in-game player ID you submit so the code can be delivered.
• Subscription / purchase data — if you choose to purchase the optional Booster Pack subscription, we receive a purchase receipt from Google Play and from RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Advertising Identifier (AD_ID) — Google's Advertising ID is read by Google AdMob (and any mediation partners) to serve ads and measure ad performance. You can reset or limit the AD_ID at any time from your device's privacy settings.
• Push notification identifier — when you allow push notifications, OneSignal generates a device-bound subscription ID used to deliver notifications. We do not link this ID to advertising.
• Diagnostic and log data — when the App encounters an error or makes a network request, we may automatically collect basic log information including device model, operating system version, App version, IP address, and the time of the request. This data is used to detect crashes, defend against abuse, and improve reliability.

• To create and operate your account.
• To credit and debit coins and to fulfill Fire Diamond code requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations (for example, automated farming or multi-accounting).
• To serve advertising through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, subject to your consent where required.
• To deliver push notifications when you have opted in.
• To respond to support requests sent to info@debblabs.com.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations (for example, tax records).

For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) to operate the rewards system, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention and service improvement, consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for personalised advertising and push notifications, and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for tax and compliance records.

For users in Turkey, we process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") under the equivalent lawful bases.

The App relies on a small number of third-party services. Each provider receives only the data necessary to perform its function, and is bound by its own privacy policy:

• Google Sign-In — authentication.
• Google AdMob — rewarded video and banner advertising. Reads the Advertising ID.
• RevenueCat — subscription receipt validation for the optional Booster Pack.
• OneSignal — push notification delivery.
• Google Cloud (europe-west3, Frankfurt) — application hosting and database storage.

Your data is primarily stored and processed on Google Cloud servers in Frankfurt, Germany (europe-west3 region) inside the European Economic Area. Some of our service providers (Google, RevenueCat, OneSignal) may process data in other jurisdictions including the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms approved under the GDPR and the KVKK.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see Section 7), we permanently remove your profile and activity data from our servers. We may retain limited information for a longer period only where required by law (for example, invoicing and tax records, or fraud-prevention records), and any such retained information is access-restricted.

You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

• From inside the App: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• From the web, without signing in: visit /delete-my-account and submit a deletion request.

On account deletion the following are permanently removed: your profile information (name, email, profile picture), your coin balance and earning history, all purchase and redemption records, Daily Streak and Reward Center progress, and all activity and usage data. This action is irreversible.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — delete your account and data (see Section 7).
• Restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — for advertising or push notifications, at any time, with no effect on processing already carried out.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Turkey, that is the KVKK (kvkk.gov.tr).

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Service, contact us at info@debblabs.com and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland) we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalised advertising. You may change your consent at any time by reopening the consent dialog from the Settings screen or by resetting your device's advertising preferences. If you do not consent to personalised advertising you will continue to see non-personalised ads.

Push notifications are optional. You can disable them at any time from your device's notification settings. We use OneSignal to deliver notifications; their device-bound subscription ID is not linked to your Google identity beyond what is needed to address the notification.

The App itself does not use browser cookies. Web pages on api.giftopia.debblabs.com use only the technical session storage needed to operate (no tracking cookies). Third-party SDKs inside the App (AdMob, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Google Sign-In) may use device-bound identifiers as described in their own privacy policies linked above.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls on backend systems, and an authenticated delete API. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Earn Fire Diamonds is an independent rewards application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena, Free Fire, or any other game publisher or developer. All game brands, characters, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you in-app. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
